Extra volunteers

We have had a marvellous response to our appeal for more volunteers and have now more than doubled our numbers for each work session. This has enabled us to work in a more areas of the woodland than usual over the winter months and consequently the woods are looking well maintained as we move into the Spring months.

Still plenty of brambles for foraging blackberries and for wildlife, but also a clear path for the many visitors to Carpenters Wood during the upcoming bluebell season.
